A Topical Collection with selected contributions of XII NyNA 2026 will be published in Microchimica Acta (IF: 5.3 (2024)).

Microchimica Acta will also sponsor two awards for the best works presented in the field of ‘Analytical Sciences and Technologies on the Micro- and Nanoscale.

CONTENT GUIDELINES

  • The official language of the Congress is English. Abstracts should be submitted in English.
  • Abstract should follow the format used in the template provided. And must not exceed one page DIN A4.
  • At least one of the authors named in the abstract must register for the Conference. Only abstracts that are submitted by the authors who have registered for the Congress will be included in the program. Each participant registered can submit up to three contributions (oral and poster).

SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT

  • Only abstracts following the template format will be admitted. The abstract should be uploaded to the system here.
  • Author should register in the system before abstract could be uploaded.
  • Once registered, authors should select the format of presentation preferred (oral or poster), and the topic of the communication. Title and abstract have to be also provided during the process.
  • After submitting your abstract, the system will send you a confirmation e-mail.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL AND POSTER COMMUNICATIONS

Instructions and Guidelines for Oral communications

Oral communications have been assigned to a session attending to the topic. Please, check the scientific program to know the time your session has been scheduled. We kindly ask you to keep the time limit in mind and remember to save time for discussion!

The presentation file must be handed over to the staff in advance as far as possible or at least before the beginning of your session.

Official Language: The official language of the Conference is English, which means that all presentations and questions must be done in English.

Format -Presentation: Your presentation should be saved in .pdf or .pptx formats only. Other formats will not be accepted. Presentations will be saved and showed in a PC with Windows OS. We kindly request Mac OS users to use fonts compatible with both systems.

  • pic icon If you have pictures, they must be under the following format: .jpg, .png, or .gif.
  • video play icon If you have video files attached to your power point presentation, they must be in the following format: .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, .wmv, mp4 or .mov. They must be saved in the same folder as the presentation. When saving your final presentation on a USB stick, make sure to include your video files and all links to these multimedia files.

 

Instructions and Guidelines for NyNA 2026 Poster Sessions

All the posters will be exposed during all the sessions. Authors can hang up their posters at the NyNA 2026 conference venue, from Tuesday, 2 June 2026 at 10:00 am. Please remove and take your poster with you at the end of the conference.

The organizers will provide suitable fixing materials, and onsite assistance will be available to help you to mount your poster.

Posters must be on A0 size paper (ca. 841 x 1,189 mm) VERTICALLY. Posters designed horizontally will not be accepted.

Each poster board will be labelled with a number. You will be informed about the number of your poster in advance. We encourage authors to be present during the poster sessions to explain their work and answer questions.
