Registration fees (both Type A and B) include access to scientific sessions and exhibition area, conference materials, coffee breaks, meals, welcome cocktail and social activities. Meals will consist of a set menu, which will be served at a nearby restaurant.
Registration fee Type A also includes a Gala Dinner that is scheduled to be celebrated at a upscale restaurant in the city centre.
The collaborating Societies (RSEQ-GCTbA, SEQA and SEA) will grant registration and assistance scholarships for their associated doctoral students. Please, see Societies Websites.
RSEQ-GCTbA, SEQA and SEA student fees must be accompanied by a document that supports such status. Please, send a message to nynaoviedo2026@gmail.com with the document attached once the registration has been completed in order to validate it.
